They were always available to answer any questions and provide assistance. the rooms were beautifully decorated and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere.

We stayed at a hotel near the airport and it was very convenient for our group. The rooms were clean and had comfortable beds. The bathroom was spacious and had a luxurious rain shower. The staff was friendly and accommodating, despite some language barriers. The complimentary breakfast delivered to the room was a nice touch. it was a pleasant stay with great facilities and a good location.

The nearby neighborhood, which didn't feel very safe.

The room was lovely, with a wonderfully soft bed and fresh donuts in the lobby. Checking in and parking were easy.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I was really impressed! The location was great, in a quiet area but still close to everything. The staff was amazing and very helpful. They even let me check in early, which was super convenient. The room was spacious and very clean. I loved the amenities, especially the spa and wellness center. I also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and luggage storage. this place was fantastic and I would definitely stay here again in the future.

We loved the location of this hotel, as it was situated in a particularly nice area and was very near to the city center. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a Jacuzzi and sauna that helped us relax after a long day. The staff was great and always willing to help us with good communication. The breakfast offered a delicious selection of traditional pastries, and we really enjoyed trying them.

The manager was top notch, quickly changing my room to one with additional facilities. The Jacuzzi and Sauna helped ease my stress. The breakfast was wonderful, with delicious traditional pastries. Good staff always willing to help.

We were really surprised by the beautiful junior suite at Villa Elisio Hotel & Spa. The sauna and jacuzzi on the terrace added a luxurious touch to our stay, even though it was too cold to use them in February. The manager offered us a wonderful alternative solution that we thoroughly enjoyed. The friendly staff and the hotel's elegance made our experience nice. Despite not being in the city center, a short and affordable taxi ride was all it took to explore Naples.
